Cristine Reyes was born on February 5th She was brought up in Marikina in Metro Manila, Philippines. Her parents were Venus Imperial and Romeo Reyes. She had studied at St. Bridget School, Quezon City, during her early years and later completed her degree from University of Pangasinan, in Marikina.
It has been recently revealed that Cristine was abused by Venus, her biological mother, during her childhood. In her recent interview she talked about the abuse she faced after her mother took her away at the age of six from her adopted family where she was happy. Cristine claims that she often felt unwanted and unloved as her mother would scream at her saying that she was an unwanted child.
Apparently, Venus wanted to get an abortion and she kept reminding this to Cristine saying she was better off as dead. Even though Cristine Reyes was living in a big house with her mother, she did not feel welcome there. But I sincerely apologize if it hurt Ms.
